Famous Tate is looking for an experienced lawn care and irrigation " hands on" supervisor working under the direct supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Manager. The Lawn maintenance supervisor will be responsible for performing general landscaping and irrigation maintenance and repairs at various locations as well as general maintenance duties as required. If you have prior experience in a lawn maintenance role we encourage you to apply for this position.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide excellent landscape maintenance.
- Perform lawn and irrigation maintenance
- Supervise lawn crew
- Perform other general ( non lawn related) maintenance duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Clean driver’s license with no points on the MVR
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment ie small hand tools
- Able to perform general maintenance duties
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
